LTS Training and Consulting was founded in 1980 by Adrian Pilbeam and Mark Ellis. We provide business and professional English courses and intercultural training for corporate and institutional clients worldwide.

Our training centre is in Bath, one of Britain's most beautiful cities and a UNESCO World Heritage site, close to Bristol and 180 km west of London. In Bath, we run courses in business and professional English for individuals and closed groups throughout the year. We also provide in-company training courses in business communication skills and intercultural awareness to many clients in the UK and abroad. Another main activity is trainer training for intercultural trainers. Finally, we have extensive experience of writing of training materials for publication.

In 2015, in order to be able to offer a wider range of courses, we formed a partnership with Abbey Communication, a similar training company to LTS. Abbey Communication is based in the country town of Malmesbury, about 20 miles from Bath.
